2022 was a year of extreme change for many people. My big change was been a move from the southwest of Australia to the far north of the east coast. I arrived in Perth in the middle of America's cup excitement back in 1986 and as CoVid lessened its impact on us in 2022 I moved to Cairns!

I loved it so much I decided to stay and now have a space to work from at home in Earlville. I can come still to you if needed, as long as you live in Cairns, and I continue delivering sessions for clients anywhere in the world by distance work. These  sessions are amazingly effective and can be done in a few different ways, so if you'd like a session with me, don't hesitate to get in touch - it can be organised!

I was introduced to Kinesiology when my children were young. They were needing regular rounds of antibiotics for repeated ear and throat infections. Having a background as a registered nurse and also experiencing recurrent infections as a child myself, I considered it to be almost normal.  When one of the other mums at Playgroup suggested that Kinesiology could make our lives a lot easier I was intrigued. Following the advice to 'See a Kinesiologist'  hooked me. It was one of the best things I have done! Not only did the rate of infections drop, but I found practical tools to manage the stressful place my life had become. It put me on a path of discovery about alternative health.

I have been working from home as a Kinesiologist since 2015. I love to study so am always on the lookout for new healing modalities, techniques and tools to add extra benefit to the sessions. My most recent add in is the combination of Kinesiology and Astrology! With this amazing work we can look at specific blocks and challenges in the Astrological chart and discover ways to access strengths and gifts and create flow. It's a great tool for personal growth!

I am very lucky to have found a career that I love! Kinesiology is just amazing, I love seeing the positive changes that people experience following their sessions.
